What is involved
Our Teacher Development Program follows the Iyengar Yoga methodology as developed by B.K.S. Iyengar.
It is a structured 3-year course designed to help participants deepen their personal yoga practice while gaining the skills to practically apply this learning in teaching and guiding others on their yoga journey.
This program provides guidance, support, and opportunities for growth at every stage of your journey, whether your goal is personal development or teaching yoga professionally.

One Friday per month is dedicated to the Emotional Stability Practice, held on the last Friday of each month from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The other Friday session is a dedicated Pranayama class, held on the second Friday of each month from March, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Weekend session times:
Saturday: 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am – 12:30 pmIn addition to the above, participants are required to attend a minimum of one class per week with Simon (in-studio or online).

How the online learning works
Students attending online will take part in each weekend workshop via Zoom. In addition, online students are required to complete a block of in-person time at the studio, which will be arranged individually according to your personal circumstances.
Participating online is highly engaging and interactive. Teachers ensure you remain connected to what is happening in the studio, and you will be regularly invited to comment, ask questions, and take part throughout each session.
All sessions are recorded and are available to viewed online.
We have successfully supported overseas students to complete their training and sit for assessment.
