Beginning Yoga at MYC
Want to give yoga a try, coming back to yoga after a break or would like to add some stretching and stress relief into your routine. Come and begin yoga with us at Marrickville Yoga Centre and be part of our yoga community.
Begin classes every Tuesday 7.30pm, Wednesday 7:30pm and Sundays at 4.00pm.
Attend 8 classes over 5 weeks for $70 with our beginning pass or purchase a single class for $20.

We have a free 6 week recorded online yoga course which you can do from your own home. The 6 classes can be found here.
Beginning Class FAQ
Do I need to bring anything?
No, we have all the equipment at the centre. If you are able to bring your own yoga mat, we encourage students to do so.
What do I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that you can freely move in.
I’m pregnant, is this class suitable for me?
The Begin Classes are NOT suitable for students who are pregnant. We do not offer Pre-natal classes at the centre. Pregnant Students are encouraged to consider our Yoga Therapy classes.
